新加坡交易所(新交所)今日迎來綠達(dá)環(huán)球有限公司在凱利板上市，股票代碼為 “NEX”。

綠達(dá)環(huán)球有限公司總部位于新加坡，是一家建筑行業(yè)的環(huán)保綜合服務(wù)提供商，專業(yè)從事建筑和拆建垃圾的回收利用、挖土解決方案定制以及運營車隊管理。公司擁有三大業(yè)務(wù)部門，即回收、挖掘服務(wù)以及物流和租賃。

公司首席執(zhí)行官兼執(zhí)行董事周德光表示：“綠達(dá)環(huán)球有限公司今天的上市，是我們在2019年1月30日慶祝公司成立10周年之后的又一重大里程碑。在新交所上市將提高我們作為一家建筑行業(yè)內(nèi)環(huán)保綜合服務(wù)提供商的知名度；更重要的一點是，隨著我們繼續(xù)擴展我們的經(jīng)營和回收的產(chǎn)品范圍，這將為我們提供獲取資金的途徑?！?nbsp;

新交所股權(quán)資本市場主管Mohamed NasserIsmail表示：“更多公司正在努力實現(xiàn)環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，這一趨勢也受到了其終端客戶擔(dān)憂環(huán)境問題的推動。在公共部門對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項目持續(xù)的建設(shè)需求作為后盾，新加坡的整體建設(shè)需求也有望保持強勁態(tài)勢。我們很高興迎來綠達(dá)環(huán)球有限公司在凱利板上市，并且期待為其籌資活動和環(huán)保計劃提供支持。”

綠達(dá)環(huán)球有限公司的市值約3,000萬新元，該公司上市后凱利板的上市公司總數(shù)將增加至217家，總市值約100億新元。

綠達(dá)環(huán)球有限公司今日開盤價為0.179新元。
